Will it stop my snoring?

No pillow can promise that for everyone. HushAlign helps with snoring that depends on your sleeping position — when the head tips back or the chin drops and the airway narrows. Many people with this kind of snoring notice quieter nights. If yours has other causes, you can return it within 100 nights.

Does it help with sleep apnea?

No. HushAlign is a pillow, not a medical device, and it does not treat sleep apnea. If you snore loudly every night, stop breathing during sleep or feel exhausted during the day, please talk to a doctor.

I sleep on my side / on my back. Is it for me?

Yes — it's made for both. Back sleepers usually start with the lower 8 cm edge, side sleepers with the higher 12 cm edge so the shoulder fits in the side wing. Stomach sleepers usually find it too high.

Which height should I choose?

You don't have to choose when ordering — both heights are in the same pillow. Put the 8 cm roll under your neck first; if your head still feels low, turn the pillow around to use the 12 cm side.

It feels firm and strange the first nights. Is that normal?

Yes. After years on a soft pillow your neck needs a few nights to get used to being supported. Most people settle in within one to two weeks — that's exactly why you get 100 nights.

How do I wash it?

Unzip the quilted cover and machine-wash it at 30°C on a gentle cycle, then air-dry. Don't wash the foam core; air it out and spot-clean it if needed.

Why does it arrive rolled up?

It's vacuum-packed so it ships safely and quickly. Unroll it and give it 24–48 hours to rise to full shape. A light new-foam smell is normal and fades in the same time.

How does the 100-night trial work?
